Hi, my name is Maya. When I was younger I was diagnosed with celiac disease and it was hard to find sweet treats that were gluten free. I started getting into baking by making cookies and brownies for others in my family. While there were definitely some hiccups in the road, I never let that discourage me from my dream of having my own gluten-free bakery. As time went on I started getting better and more confident in my abilities to bake. With the help and encouragement from my friends and family I decided to take the big leap and start my journey to have my own bakery by joining my local farmers market and create what is now known as Free to Crave Bakery. I look forward to continue to grow and help others that have celiac disease or even people who want to try something new.
